Department: General Management- Working location: Branch Office at HCMC, Vietnam
1. Main Purpose of the Position
As the growth of the business, J.A. Experts asks for the service of one Client Service Management Executive. The position directly works with clients, knowing their voices, understanding their insightful demands and forecasting upcoming or hidden needs. This is not the selling position, but the main agency in sustaining client relationship.
2. Principal Accountabilities
- Understand Client’s insightful demand and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Work quickly to address and resolve client issues
- Notify the Consultant team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Encourage high-sales and good client service practices
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image
3. Skills, Experience and other Qualifications
Education & knowledge
- Experience: 1- 2 years; preferred having customer service experience
- Major: Business Management, Economics
- Passion for serving customers.
- Know how to deal with pressures from clients and interpreting their demands.
- Good at analysis with resourceful results
- English: good both written and verbal communication
- Good at dealing with complicated requirements
- Skills in defining problems & generating initiatives, collecting data and interpreting info.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, work independently on different projects and meeting deadlines
- Eager to learn
- Writing reports and presentation
- Positive thinking
- Detailed, patient and honest
- Initiative, independent, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure
