About the shop
Experience you can talk to.
A family-owned Warren repair shop where the person explaining the work understands the work.
John's story
John Haddad was born and raised in Lebanon, where his interest in cars started early. After moving to the United States in 2012, he kept building his experience in automotive repair and eventually opened John's Auto Experts in Warren.
More than a decade in the trade has taught him that good repair work starts with good communication. Drivers should know what was found, what needs attention now, and what can wait.
That is still how the shop operates today: careful diagnosis, practical recommendations, and work the team is prepared to stand behind.
