When you send a service request, we receive the name, contact information, vehicle details, and message you submit. Please do not include payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.

How it is used

John's Auto Experts uses submitted information to respond to requests, discuss scheduling, provide service, maintain ordinary business records, and communicate about your relationship with the shop.

Marketing communications

If you separately select the optional marketing checkbox, John's Auto Experts may use the email address and mobile number you provide to send recurring marketing emails and promotional text messages, including SMS and MMS messages that may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions in the message. Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out or HELP for help.
